  I ordered five jackets totaling a little over $90 on September 28th. The lady that works the store told me that it would be about a week and they would be in so I was comfortable. I just went in today and she tells me that it would be up to 2 weeks while the 2-week Mark is 2 days from now. That's beside the point she told me they would be in in a week so I gave her another week and now there's no uniform so I got my money back. When I asked her for information about talking to a supervisor she flat told me that she could take my information and pass it along but she could not give me the phone number. My point is that she said one thing did another and now she's got time to cover everything up before I talk to the supervisor about it. The uniform jackets are very cheap a little bit cheaper than I normally get but if I don't get service after the sale why should I need to worry about buying a cheaper jacket. She also didn't seem too concerned and seem to be playing on the computer when I walked in the door. She couldn't give me a call as in effect why she didn't go ahead and try to figure out why the uniforms were not already in. She claimed she was waiting on a vendor. Well looks like it's a loss from all sides unless I get a phone call from the supervisor that says they're going to correct this problem. I would love a place to be able to buy a cheaper jacket than what I have on right now but I can't get business to someone that says one thing and do another. If they had called me a weekend to it or even the last couple of days and said they had a problem with the vendor I would have been fine with it but no I got no phone call. I daresay that after all this I just put on here and no one will probably call me to try to ratify or fix this problem. Stay safe be careful and watch out guys. Have a wonderful day
