  The representative (Erica) told my husband that she could make our bill cheaper by switching us to the senior plan. She switched us and saved us money but said that this plan included something for your car THAT WAS FREE(which was not turns out we were going to be paying $12/month)and so my husband got it. The next day my husband calls customer service and it turns out that we didn’t need to get that.(we have no idea how it works) The people are nice just be careful they will trick you into getting something you don’t need.

  went to this store to switch from sprint a month ,not only did i get a better and faster service but they also payed my phones with sprint !! eberato the guy that helped me out was really nice and until this date does follow ups with me to make sure i am a happy customer !!
