  I had a large project due in a few days when my old Singer sewing machine decided not to work. I had it tuned up and parts replaced about 12 months ago, by a small company close to home, and was surprised it needed further repair. I was frantic, no one would answer the phone at the Sawdust repair store, so I began my search to have it repaired as fast as possible. I called Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse in Conroe and spoke with Ken. He was absolutely wonderful, he calmed me down asked me to bring the machine in that afternoon so he could run a few tests to see if the problem could be repaired right then. Unfortunately it wasn't so simple, BUT I paid for the quick turn around repair, and now have my machine repaired almost three days earlier than I expected! I am thrilled, Ken is awesome! I appreciate his kindness, knowledge and profession attitude. I will recommend him, and this store as a 5 star experience!
