  The worst customer service I have ever received. Jimmy Perkins spoke to me very disrespectful and as if he was the customer. I would not recommend them. Terrible customer service.

  I was able to buy a remnant for my first college dorm room years ago here. Mr. Perkins sold me a nice remnant and pad for very cheap. About 4 years ago I purchased wood flooring from Mr. Perkins for my "real" house and the whole process was simple and no stress. His prices were competitive and I liked that the showroom didn't have that "working on commission" feel. Anyone there was willing to help me get my project moving. The installers were nice too. They even restretched a room of carpet for me for a very low fee. I am about to return to them to purchase some carpet. I had a toddler with me through the whole process of stopping in this shop and they were always kind and sweet to my kids.
