  My grandparents and I have had the absolute worst experience with this place. My grandparents made a large purchase here and they were treated like they didn't matter at all. We were told our mattresses would be delivered on a Saturday, they delivered one bed but not the other. You would think both beds on the same order would be on the same truck, right? I guess that would be too smart. We gave Rochelle a call and she said it would be delivered the next day, Sunday, it never came..... Then on Sunday right before closing time, we went to the store and asked where our mattress was and she said she didn't know what was going on with our order and starting bashing the company she works for and saying it was an awful place and started crying.. Rochelle PROMISED us that we would get it the next day, Monday, it never came.. My grandparents had lost their house due to Hurricane Harvey so I decided to take matters into my own hands and went up to the store myself because they were already under enough stress. I spoke to a different man and he said that the mattress was out of stock in the warehouse and would probably be restocked within the next 4-5 days.. Why weren't we told this 3 days ago?? I then went back again Thursday and talked to Rochelle and she told ME to call corporate and see what the problem was. I'm sorry...but why am I, the customer, doing something that the employees are getting paid to do?? The next day I called corporate and explained the situation and she was so apologetic to how we had been treated and she got our mattress on the truck the next day and we finally got it a week after we were told. We were never offered compensation for how much trouble they had put us through.. We will NEVER buy from Mattress One again and will refer all our friends and family elsewhere.
