  I'm so disconcerted with this business I can't put it into words. Do yourself a favor and shop ANYWHERE else for your children even if it requires driving farther or paying more. There is PLENTY of competition in the area, and I am certain you will be treated with more respect. My wife purchases all of our daughter's shoes from this store (which is a lot of shoes). She and my daughter were both treated with extreme disrespect this morning. I called to express my frustration. I spoke with an associate manager who insisted that the events I recounted to her did not happen. She told me to come review the facility's security tapes if I didn't believe her. Her exact words to me were, "I'm sorry you're upset because your daughter cried." First of all, my daughter is 2 years 4 months old. She cries every day. That is NOT why I'm upset. I myself am a business owner. Rule #1, don't argue with the customer. This is only the beginning of the formal complaints which will be filed against this place.

  Customer service is something I really appreciate and will always return to a store that has good or amazing service. When I went into the store the front desk person was really rude. I was the only one in the store and she would shout from the front to tell me about the sizes out of outfits instead of being helpful and told me I could come to her at the front desk instead of her coming to help me. Their clothes are cute but "MudPie" brand can be bought many other places and I rather drive to another store that may be a tad further away to get better Customer Service.
