  Short version: STAY AWAY. These guys are CROOKS and COMPLETELY LACK INTEGRITY. Long version: keep reading. A few years ago, they performed the original installation for the spider mister system for my new house in Water Oaks. Not long afterwards, I noticed some of the mister nozzles weren't working. After calling Falcon to come back and check it out, the technician told me the hose lines leading to some of the nozzles were inadvertently crimped, preventing the pesticide fluid from reaching those nozzles. However, according to the technician, there wasn't enough room in my attic to fix the hoses, and thus there wasn't anything else he could do to fix it. In other words, he admitted Falcon messed up the installation, but said they couldn't do anything about it. At this point, I called it a loss and didn't want to lose sleep over it. Recently, I became more suspicious of Falcon and decided to check on some of the services they claimed they were performing. For the past few years, they've billed me every six months to refill the spider pesticide, stating the refill amount would last those six months. However, two months after the last refill, I checked the bottle myself to see how much solution was left. It was bone dry. (If anything, the system should have been using the solution more slowly than normal since some of the hoses were crimped). I finally hired another company (I'll call it XYZ) because I was fed up with Falcon. The technician from XYZ told me that Falcon was not only wrong about not being able to fix the crimped hoses (XYZ's technician had plenty of room in the attic to easily replace all the bad hoses), but Falcon also screwed up the original position of all the other nozzles. The nozzles were too far recessed, so when the pesticide was sprayed through the misters, most of the solution ending up hitting the inside of the nozzle plate and not making it to the outside of my house. If you're looking for a reputable pest control company with a base level of integrity, STAY AWAY FROM FALCON. I'm wondering if the BBB logo on their website is even legitimate.
